Please note, our bookings are based on Friday or Monday check-ins (4pm). Typically we have a 3-night minimum stay but we have now enabled a 48 hour weekend stay (Friday to Sunday) if you need to head back Sunday evening.

The full price is automatically discounted by 33% if your stay is 7 nights+. For smaller groups we have a low-occupancy rate for up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms with a further 25% discount on the full-occupancy prices. Please note, this option is only available off-peak (i.e. not during school/Bank Holiday periods). If you wish to discuss low-occupancy stays, please contact our Bookings Manager before proceeding. For low-occupancy bookings, you still have exclusive use of the house and spa but the bedrooms Eagle, Owl, Peacock and Dragonfly as well as the Green lounge are not in use.
